Black garlic is fresh, white garlic that is aged by heating the garlic bulb at high humidity, about 60˚ to 90˚C, for a long time (usually a month or more) until the garlic cloves become soft and turn black.

Capsules used in Biowe food supplements are Vcaps® branded vegetarian capsules and produced from Vcaps® HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose).

The plant extracts used in Biowe food supplements are imported from Spain and the capsules are imported from Belgium.
